Reliable Title Agency, Inc. was founded in 1996 by Attorney Michael R. Piccirillo. Our offices are located at 7301 West Boulevard, Unit C-2, Boardman, Ohio. We offer all types of services associated with the land title industry, including, the examination of residential and commercial real estate titles, the issuance of title insurance policies and title guarantees, and complete escrow and closing services. Our services are available throughout the State of Ohio. Reliable Title is currently underwritten by Fidelity National Title Insurance Corporation, a division of Fidelity National Financial. Fidelity National Financial is one of the largest title insurance underwriters in the nation.

Reliable Title is committed to providing its customers the highest level of professionalism and service possible. We attempt to have all title orders processed and returned to our customers within the fastest possible time. We offer flexible evening or weekend closings services at no extra charge. We also offer our customers the service of allowing us to assist with securing all mortgage and lien payoff information necessary to enable the close of the transaction.
